Dockside Roastery is a small batch specialty coffee roastery based in Liverpool, distributing throughout the UK. We hand select some of the finest and most unique seasonal speciality coffees from across the world. They are freshly roasted to order in true small batch (600g) with meticulous attention to detail,​

Our Roast

We believe in responsible & sustainable practice and are one of the only roasters in the UK to use induction power. Alongside our infra-red temperature sensors, this allows us the same precise temperature control as other gas roasters, but without the noxious environmental gases. Our roast profiles are methodically prepared to showcase each coffee origin at its finest following a cupping process, highlighting its unique characteristics.  We value quality and consistency in roasting and therefore limit offerings to some of the finest seasonal coffees only.​Our Vision
